Sayed Saleh al-Qazwini is the founding Imam of the Muslim Educational Community Center of America (MECCA) of Canton, Michigan. He graduated from the Islamic Seminary of Qom where his studies focused primarily on Islamic Jurisprudence and Islamic Scripture. He later acquired a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a Masters degree in Near Eastern studies from Wayne State University.
Sayed Saleh travels to numerous communities across the globe spreading the teachings of Islam and the Ahlulbayt. He also teaches courses on Quranic Studies and Islamic Ideology at the Hujjah Seminary. Sayed Saleh has a passion for working with and mentoring the youth. He is also an advocate for inter and intra faith dialogue.
